Shamrock Barrel Aged is the second Lough Gill 2 year old special release for St Patrick’s Day 2026.

We kept tasting these barrels and the more we were tasting them over time the more we knew that this beer was getting a good coffee aroma that matched really well our initial thought of an Imperial Breakfast Stout.

So we decided to go all in into this batch and added an extra infusion of freshly roasted and ground coffee from our friends in The Good Bean and the result was just right.

Elegant, roasted and rich are the best terms to describe Shamrock Barrel Aged Imperial Breakfast Stout. Again, 2 years worth waiting for.

Ideal for pairing with hearty dishes or rich desserts.
