Ordering Alcohol Online
Lough Gill Brewery sells alcohol online under a Producer Retailer's Licence issued under Irish licensing legislation.
To comply with the conditions of this licence, every online alcohol order is reviewed and accepted by our team during our licensed trading hours before the sale is completed.
How It Works
- Browse our online shop and place your order as normal.
- Your payment card will be authorised at checkout.
- Your order will be reviewed by our team during our licensed trading hours.
- Once your order has been accepted, your payment will be captured and you will receive your order confirmation email.
- We will then prepare your order for collection or dispatch.
Licensed Trading Hours
Monday – Saturday
10:00am – 7:00pm
Sunday
12:30pm – 7:00pm
Orders placed outside these hours are welcome and will be reviewed when licensed trading resumes.
Why is my payment only authorised?
Under our Producer Retailer's Licence, online alcohol orders must be reviewed and accepted during licensed trading hours.
For this reason, your payment is authorised when you place your order but is not captured until your order has been accepted by our team.
This means:
- Your order is securely reserved.
- No payment is taken until your order has been accepted.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been approved.
Age Verification
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from Lough Gill Brewery.
By placing an order you confirm that both the purchaser and the recipient are over 18 years of age.
Proof of age may be requested on collection or delivery.
