By using this website and placing an order with Lough Gill Brewery, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
- We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
- If you would like to know what personal information we hold about you, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a copy.
- You may request that your information be corrected or deleted at any time, subject to our legal obligations.
- You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
- We process all personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Irish data protection legislation.
Age Verification
Alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or over.
By placing an order you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- The person receiving the goods is also at least 18 years of age.
We reserve the right to request photographic identification upon collection or delivery. If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, we reserve the right to refuse the sale.
Online Alcohol Sales
Lough Gill Brewery sells alcohol online under a Producer Retailer's Licence.
In accordance with Irish licensing legislation:
- Online alcohol orders may only be accepted during our licensed trading hours.
- Orders placed outside these hours will remain pending until they can be reviewed during the next licensed trading period.
Licensed trading hours for online alcohol sales are:
Monday – Saturday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Sunday: 12:30pm – 7:00pm
Orders submitted outside these times are not accepted until reviewed by our team.
Order Acceptance & Payment
When you place an order:
- Your payment card is authorised only at checkout.
- Your order is considered a request to purchase.
- We review all online alcohol orders during our licensed trading hours.
- Once your order has been reviewed and accepted, payment will be captured and a confirmation email will be sent.
- If we are unable to accept your order, the payment authorisation will be released by your card provider in accordance with their normal processing times.
An order is only deemed accepted once you receive confirmation that it has been approved by Lough Gill Brewery.
Pricing
All prices shown on our website include applicable VAT and Irish alcohol duty where relevant.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice.
Collection & Delivery
Delivery and collection options available will be displayed during checkout.
Customers collecting orders may be asked to provide:
- Proof of identity
- Proof of age where appropriate
Orders will only be released to persons aged 18 years or over.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our products or service, please contact us at info@loughgillbrewery.com and we will do everything we can to help.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before they have been accepted and dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery charges may not be refundable.
If you wish to return unopened goods, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unopened, unused and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in accordance with Irish consumer legislation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
