OH! Pale Ale is a smooth, easy-drinking pale ale crafted using surplus bread from our neighbours at O’Hehirs Bakery  turning something simple into something seriously good.

Pouring a light golden hue with a soft haze, this beer delivers bright citrus notes, a touch of tropical fruit, and a gentle, biscuity malt backbone. The addition of fresh bakery bread gives it a rounded, satisfying character while keeping it crisp and refreshing.

Balanced, sessionable, and full of local character  this is a beer that tells a story in every sip.
