A Session IPA brewed featuring the dynamic duo of Citra & Mosaic hops leading to aromas of Citrus, Papaya & Tangerine and light floral and blueberry notes. We used the Kveik yeast, an ancient Norwegian yeast passed down from generation to generation thus developing different characteristics than the other strains (sturdiness, esters...).
Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Mo Chara in Dundalk.
