In 2026 Barrel Aged Imperial Stout season we got so lucky to put our hands on some amazing Marsala Barrels. And Marsala means one thing: Tiramisù!
So after a slow ageing in these beauties we made our tiramisu blend of chocolate and coffee that mixed very well with the deep and fortified Marsala notes from the barrels.
Indulgent and decadent is an understatement for this pearl.
