Irish Abbey is a Belgian Style blond beer brewed with Irish Pale Malt, Wheat malt, a touch of Caramel Malt and Barley Flakes. 
Complexity is given by its unique fermentation that gives the beer some spicy and Fruity notes to support a medium high alcohol warmth. Coriander seeds are also added at the end of the boil for a fresh zesty, spicy and light orange notes. All followed by traditional and aromatic Saaz hops and gentle bitterness from Magnum hops. 

Dark Gold/light Orange colour, white foam and medium dry body supported by a 6,7%abv.
