Solera is our Sherry Brandy Barrel Aged Imperial Stout that we had the honour, the priviledge and the luck of being able to age in stunning 500l Spanish Sherry Butts. It comes at 11.9% abv and in the brewery we all had a similar opinion: "this is something different". We could all pick a number of different flavours, among them: warm brandy, touches of vanilla, raisin, prune, some nutty undertones. A real treat for the palate, perfect for after dinner relax and meditation.
